2. Annual accumulated spending includes spending at Sulwhasoo stores, counters, Sulwhasoo SPA, Beauty Lounge and Sulwhasoo official online store. All available points and rewards must be redeemed, and beauty treatments completed, by December 31. Any unused points, rewards, or incomplete treatments will expire after this date. Points will reset to zero on January 1 each year, marking the start of a new accumulation period for spending benefits and point rewards.

3.Beauty Points and Beauty Treatment Vouchers are applicable to regular-priced products or single beauty treatment only. Not applicable for value sets, limited edition items or new products and beauty treatments. Beauty treatment service redeemed with product points are applicable on Monday – Fridays only and the service must be enjoyed on the same day (not applicable to Saturday, Sundays or public holidays). Male members are eligible to Beauty Lounge treatment services only.

4. Redeemed beauty treatments are valid for 2 months upon redemption date. HK$1,000 Beauty Treatment e-Vouchers are valid for 2 months upon renewal of membership.

5. New product previews, pre-ordering and limited products ordering are offered on an irregular basis, please refer to the newsletter for more details.

6. Every person is eligible for the specified membership benefits (including those associated with birthdays, anniversaries, membership renewals and upgrade) once per year, and they are not transferable.
